Last Friday when I was perusing the new releases to my delight I saw that Richard Cheese released an album of new material. If you are not familiar with RC, he is a music parodist who performs in the style of a night club lounge act covering hip hop, alternative, rap, and pop songs, and he typically picks the more vulgar ones for comedic effect. There's nothing quite like hearing a lounge singer drop f-bombs whiles playing a piano ballad. However, on this show I'm highlighting an original song that couldn't be more timely. But when you have a chance please check out his great catalogue of music. It's well worth your time.

Wrapping up the alphabet with a true musical genius. How and why Warren Zevon isn't in the Rock 'N Roll HOF is beyond me. Hopefully one day his contributions will be fully appreciated by the gatekeepers over there. On this episode I dig deep into his catalogue from the 70's through the 80's to curate my top 10 underrated/under-appreciated songs from Warren Zevon. Let's celebrate this rare master of the craft!

Wrapping up the letter Y with some of the most unusual, obscure, and eclectic combination of music you'll hear in a 60 minute period of your life on this week's show. Music from Swiss synth-pop, to pagan folk metal, from 60's psychedelic rock to African avant-gard prog metal...yeah it's gonna be a hell of an hour on the ABC's of rock.

Feels like we waiting years for this one to drop, but it's finally here and personally I think it was well worth the wait. Dave and company heavily paying tribute to 70s AOR bands throughout this album. After what I thought was a bit of a slump last decade, it didn't take me long to instantly find my appreciation for all the songs on Medicine at Midnight, especially the song I'm highlighting on this episode, 'Waiting On A War'.
