After nearly a twenty year hiatus, legendary rockers, Blue Öyster Cult are back with a seriously epic album. For a band with two of its founding members in their 70's, they still sound fresh and still know how to rock your socks off.

I'm once again joined by my 50" co-host, Chloe for a really fun episode for her. At least this time she stayed awake throughout the entire show! We had a great time listening to my favorite underrated/under-appreciated classic from every studio album from the "Eggheads of Rock 'N Roll, The Talking Heads. The banter was priceless. I hope you enjoy our show!

Emptying the Vault returns. A little bonus action this week because....well I couldn't count. Yup, somehow an 11th song squeaked its way into my podcast without me even noticing it until I got to the editing stages. I supposed this makes up for the lack of a 10th song on my Metallica or Hives episodes. Once again the music this week hits up every decade between the 60's and 2010's and encompasses many different genres such as surf rock, power pop, psych-rock, rockabilly, punk-rock, and some straight ahead hard rock and modern alternative for good measure.

Shock and Goth Rocker Marilyn Manson 11th studio album doesn't disappoint, unless you are still one of those expecting a triumphant return to the days of Antichrist Superstar. I spin my favorite song from his new album, Red Black And Blue. The entire album is chalk full of catchy melodic goth rock and fuzzed out guitars. Pure bliss for me!

It's time for what I've coined "Rock School" because I came into this episode as only a casual fan of Skid Row. I've always enjoyed their first two classic albums, but I never went beyond those. In the past few weeks I listened to Subhuman Race, and the rest of the post-Sebastian Bach catalogue for the first time. So this week is a combination of some of my underrated songs off of their debut and Slave To the Grind but also some of my new favorites from their last three studio albums. Whether you are a Skid Row purest or not, I think you'll enjoy this journey through their entire catalogue.

Emptying the Vault returns after a little break. This week I curate ten songs from ten artists that all start with the letter R. Once again the music this week comes from every decade between the 60's and the 2000's with genre's of rock and roll that span the musical spectrum such as hard rock, new wave, power-pop, pscycho-billy, and pirate metal! So strap in and turn it up!

All hail the Holy Trinity! Canadian prog rockers Rush are the featured artist representing the letter 'R' on this weeks show. Their catalogue was too deep...too rich to fit into a single episode so this show highlights my top ten underrated/under-appreciated songs from their 1970's classic era (Rush, Fly By Night, Caress of Steel, 2112, All the Worlds a Stage, A Farewell to Kings, and Hemispheres. Whether you are a lifelong Rush fan, or especially if you are a casual fan, this is a great way to be re-introduced to one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time.

Desert Rock - Stoner Rock - Hard Rock - Whatever adjectives you use to peg Queens of the Stone Age, it boils down to the fact this Josh Homme vehicle is one of the most original American rock bands of the last couple decades, and my personal favorite band since I discovered them in late 2002. Curating ten songs for this episode was one of the most pleasurable/painful experiences because my original list was somewhere around 34 songs I wanted to play, and distilling it down to ten wasn't easy. But I'm happy with these ten songs that I feel are underrated and/or under-appreciated that span their entire twenty two year career.

After 52 years in the industry, Deep Purple are still going strong with their 21st studio album, WHOOSH! (Not the best title of an album...but hey it's still better than Bananas). This isn't Mark II Purple. Of course not. But if you are into their output of the past 17 years or so then this group is still delivering the goods. On this episode I feature my favorite track off their new LP titled, 'The Power of the Moon'.
